Exercise: Ayurvedic Treatments do believe in exercising of body, mind, and soul. There are different methods to achieve all of these aspects and to create a harmony between the three aspects of your life. You can inculcate habits like swimming, yoga or even going for a walk. If you could position these activities in the morning, you will feel rejuvenated and ready to take on many more challenges through your day.
Daily Schedule: Making a daily schedule and following it can help you immensely. Waking up at a good hour (preferably with the rising of the sun), eating meals at the right time as well as going to bed at the right time will help bring about a lot of positive changes in your life.
Mental Relaxation: This is one of the most important aspects of Ayurveda. Practicing meditation on a daily basis could help you de-stress and de-clutter your mind from the numerous negative thoughts that go on in your mind, on a daily basis. Meditation is also known for increasing blood flow to your heart as well as calming down your heart rate. It can reduce anxiety as well.
